How quickly will Clear Digital respond and execute a request?
Response times vary depending on your plan. For Plus and Premium plan members, we guarantee a one business day ticket response while Basic plan members can count on two business day ticket responses. Execution times depend on the project or request, with work being initiated within two business days for Plus and Premium members and within three business days for Basic members.
What if I need more service than my plan includes?
Additional services are available on an ad hoc basis for a flat rate of $180/hr for regular service or $300/hour for emergency and rush services. For regular services, we offer a three business day ticket response and four business day work initiation time.
What if I don’t use all my budget, can it roll over?
Yes, all subscription plans offer the ability to rollover up to 25% of unused hours per month. This gives you the flexibility to keep up with changing demand without overpaying.
Do meetings, communications, and estimating count against my budget?
Yes, all time spent on meetings, communications, and estimating count against your budget.
Do I get a report on how my hours were spent?
Yes, we provide weekly/monthly client reports detailing how your hours were used.
How do I get billed?
Payments are due at the beginning of each period before work commences. Your project manager will provide terms and details based on the plan.
